Common Questions About Our Rentals


  • How Do I Reserve A Boat?

    On our website is a link called "reservation request" or "Schedule Now".  Filling this request out and submitting it sends the info straight to us immediately.  We will respond to your request as soon as we can and paying an invoice is when you have a reservation.

  • What If I Have Never Driven A Boat?

    There are certain boats we will not rent to you if you have no experience.  We have Inflatables we recommend for beginners. Don’t worry, we will give you instructions, and we may even ride with you in the boat until you're comfortable with it as we have done for many people in the past, just make sure you let us know if you're ready for the adventure or not.

  • Are Pets Allowed On The Boats?

    Dogs are not allowed on our inflatable ribs. Dogs are allowed on our Jon Boats. Dogs under 40lbs are allowed on our pontoons with a $50 cleaning fee. If you have some special pet related circumstances, please feel free to discuss with us as we are pet friendly its just very hard for us to clean our carpts on the pontoon boats.

  • Is Gas Included?

    Gas is included with all of our rentals- if you have a multiple day rental and are in need of fuel we will come to your location and refuel the boat at your request.

  • Do You Offer Delivery To My Location?

    We do offer delivery depending on your location if you rent the boat for multiple days.  We can not deliver boats on our 2 busiest days of the week, saturday and sunday but you are welcome to pick a boat up from us to keep overnight still.  If we deliver you a boat for mulitple days on the last day we will be picking the boat up as soon as we close for the day so we can have the boat back and get it cleaned and fueled and ready for the next customer the following morning.

  • What Happens If I Damage The Boat?

    You are responsible for any damage done while the boat is in your possession.  Please see the rental contract/agreement and please make sure you read and understand it before signing it.  We also offer "Damage insurance" that will cover any accidental damages to the boat or motor while in your possession. 

  • Will You Deliver To Other Ramps, Rogers Park, Bayport, or Jenkins Creek?

    No, we will not deliver boats anywhere except Weeki Wachee in our service area.

  • When Is The Best Time To Reserve?

    We suggest booking far in advance, especially in the summertime or Manatee season. As soon as you know when you’re coming, we recommend booking ASAP.  We take reservations up to 6 months in advance for multiple day rentals.  We recommend still requesting the boat as far in advance as possible also since we mark you name on the calendar to reach out to you 2 days in advance.  IF someone else reaches out before you we contact them first for the rental 2 days in advance.

  • Can I Take Alcohol On The River?

    NO, the Weeki Wachee River does not allow the consumption or possession of alcohol on the River by County Commissioner Ordinance.

  • Are There Certain Times You Deliver The Boats For Customers That Request Delivery?

    We deliver boats outside of our normal rental hours (9am-6pm) so once our boats are back for the day we schedule deliveries and sometimes before 9am we will do some depending on our availability.

  • Do You Reserve Boats?

    We prefer to reserve a boat for you and make an appointment in advance so that you know you’re getting a boat and we know you're getting a boat and we can both plan for it in advance. For a daily rental we will reserve a boat for you up to 2 days in advance. For customers staying on the river with a dock renting multiple days we will reserve a boat for you up to 6 months in advance. Please be aware that you do not have a reservation until we have invoiced you and you have paid the invoice.

  • What Are Your Hours Of Operation?

    We do not have a storefront or an office- we work off of appointments and we meet you at our docks for your appointment. Our first appointments are at 9 am and our end of rental day/return time is 6 pm sharp Monday through Saturday.  On Sundays our first appointment times are 10:30am and our end of rental day is 6pm sharp.  During winter time our end of day changes to whatever time it gets dark.

  • What If We Are Late Returning The Rental?

     We are open 2 hours later than most other rental places- if you are 1 minute late we charge you a $50 late fee.  When you are an hour late, we charge you for another days rental fee. Don’t be late, once you return the boat we have cleaning and refueling to do and boat deliveries to rental locations- don't be late.

  • Do you clean the boats after we return them?

    Yes, we rinse and wipe down all the boats before they go to the next customer, however if there is extensive cleaning to do (Fish bait, fish scales, basic trash like cups and wrappers, food such as an entire bag of chips spilled that turns into a soggy mess that takes an hour to clean or a half eaten sub sandwich) we charge a $50 cleaning fee.  Please leave the boat like you found it.   Thanks.

  • Can I use a Debit card to pay for the boat?

    You can pay for the rental fee by any type of card (debit, prepaid, credit etc.)  When your appointment time arrives and before you may take possession of the boat we will need Photo ID and a Major Credit card to place on file for incidentals.  If you do not have a major credit card you will be able to pay a damange deposit and still rent the boat. If you have purchased our damage insurance we do allow a debit card to be on file to rent the boat.
